I stopped by on Monday morning, November 20, after my bus run hoping that Extreme Power Products could order one in in time to for us to replace the broken one. Safety is very important for both of us! Made my day to learn that there was on in stock! I said, “I will take it!” Went up front to pay for it and one of the guys loaded it into the back of the bus for me! Thank you XPP!

They also charged me 100 dollars to put in 2 rivet not to mention I got charged for the rivet they broke putting it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I nor my family will ever be purchasing from these guys again. This is how my shop local experience went. I had been in discussion with there salesman Blayne for a couple days confirming price and delivery. After he had confirmed and I agreed to buy he told me originally told me my delivery would be about a week or 2 delivery. Day after I agreed he calls trying to tell me it was going to almost be 3/4 weeks delivery. Then he calls back the net day saying it would be ready even sooner then originally promised. Go pick up the machine life is good. Take it home the snow plow doesn't even touch the ground, go to adjust to find not only is the hardware they used all different sizes but it isn't long enough to allow the snow blade to touch the ground and I'm now out shopping for new parts to have my brand new machine work I want to know what fuel to put in my new machine, they didn't even give me the owners manual for it. Now the icing on the cake, the bills look like they were able to find a cheaper plow set up you'd think with this run around they have given a guy they would pass the couple hundred dollars savings to the customer. Instead what do they do? Increase the cost of there labor. Absolutely disgusted with this place.
