★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a great pedicure do not come here! I booked three pedicure’s to be done at the same time for my daughter, myself and a friend as a summer treat during our vacation in Salmon Arm. I was very disappointed to learn that the three employees would be bouncing back and forth between clients covered in nail dust from one person to the next! I was also shocked to see that no all employees were not using masks during a worldwide pandemic!!!! After 24 hours my friends polish pealed off! After 48 hours my daughters nail polish also came off!!! I couldn’t believe it. After calling in and requesting a refund the man who answered the phone told me they would not provide a refund but would redo our toes. This simply does not work for me. He said his boss lives in Calgary and would maybe give me a call over the next few days. So if you are looking for a nice, relaxing spa treatment with professional and clean employees this is not the place to go. This is hands down the most disappointing service and quality I’ve ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done and showed a picture of what I was looking for, they turned out nothing like the picture! I asked for almond shape and they were extremely pointy and much shorter, they also had lots of little bubbles in them and the worst part was the person who did them was very very rough and made me bleed twice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay, the French tip was more than I usually pay and was okay. The chair I was seated in was broken the spa was not busy there were other chairs. The internet was down so I had to go to the bank machine which was okay, except I could have been told that when I booked the apt. 1 hr before. I feel that the nail polish is not the best quality. The overall vibe of the spa was just okay.
