Two weekends in a row my friend and I went here and both times still couldn't finish the noodles cs the portion is very generous imo (i am a very small eater). Love the QR code menu which encourages social distancing and no-touch order Got the pork intestine one, it's too good to pass up!! Also very cheeky door sign

If you have not tried this place, highly recommend it especially on a cold rainy/snowy day like this, who can resist a good bowl of noodle soup? Very flavorful soup and yes this bowl is huge!! We ordered this to be shared amongst 3 of us and we were full full! You can choose up to 5 toppings, highly recommend the beef, the prok ribs, they are yummm. If you have more than 2 people, get the big bowl because it’s more worth it! Caution: If you love spicy like me, DO NOT order the spicy version because the soup is very oily and kinda gross... just order the regular non spicy soup. Restaurant owner: if you are reading this, perhaps you want to change the chili and out actually chili paste in there as supposed to just chili oil. Overall, highly recommend it!!!

The waitress was so rude and we came in as a big group and payed separately but our first person payed and she came back to our table to make him pay a tip after he chose not to. Our second group payed and after seeing what she had done chose to not leave a tip and she came to ask for a tip and we told her we felt the service was not good and she responds in a very rude tune “you don’t leave tips when you eat out?” And left. We ended up tipping the male waiter behind the bar 10 dollars as we felt there was no issue with him but the woman was very rude and everyone felt really upset by her by the end of the meal.

Our group of friends came in today and one of the waitresses was quite rude to us. One of our friends paid first and when he returned, the waitress immediately came to our table asking him for a tip. After a while the second group decided to pay, and at that point another waiter was managing the till. A few minutes later the same waitress from before comes back to our table asking for a tip. When we told her that the service wasn’t very good she immediately asked “So you don’t pay a tip when you eat out?”, which made the atmosphere an uncomfortable one, especially since our group is more used to leaving a cash tip behind when we leave the restaurant. In the end we tipped the waiter 10 dollars as he was patient and polite to us, but the waitress left a bad impression on us. This has also happened to my dad before so it isn’t a one time thing. I understand that it can be frustrating when your customers don’t leave a tip, but leaving your customers in an uncomfortable situation isn’t going to help.

The attitude of the young male waiter was very bad. After serving us the drink (water/tea) and utensils as well as the menu. We used 2 minutes to look at the menu and we are waiting for that waiter to come to help us to order. We have been waiting for more than 10 minutes and he is still not coming. I walked to the front desk cashier and request him to help us. At that time there is only one table of customer. I told him I want to make the order. He told me to scan the menu and make the order. I request him again to help me to order but he refused. He is just sitting there. I strongly request him again, he shows he is not willing to order for us. If the customer is a senior, he does not know how to order online or the cell phone is not with the customer. Does it mean that the customer have to leave the restaurant? It is almost a week after - that the customer does not need to show their QR code or show any ID to the staff. Afterwards we saw he is using more than 20 minutes to talk to a female waitress, looks like she is not ready to start work. If he is very tired or not enough customer, doesn't mean he can refused the customer's needs.

After coming to this restaurant for the first time, I can appropriately say that I will NOT be returning. I came into the restaurant and ordered my food. My order had come fairly fast, due to the low amount of costumers in the restaurant at the time. However, being in a larger party, I paid SEPARATELY and returned back to my table. However, a few minutes later, the female waitress that helped me pay, came back and TOLD me that I had to PAY a tip. After I understood what she was trying to say, she FORCED me to get up from my table, and pay a tip. Alongside having to pay for a tip, the costumer service was quite awful! One of the others at my table had an empty cup of water for over 40 MINUTES. Even after that, the others at my table paid for their own meals, leaving NO tip. Due to the frustration that I had experienced from our waitress. After a couple minutes, she came back asking the others from my table to pay a tip as well. After speaking to the rest of my group, they said “no” and how they were allowed to choose whether or not they’d like to tip. The waitress was very unpleased and sent a backlash towards them, even attempting to guilt them into giving a tip out of pure sorrow and sadness. But in attempts of guilt-tripping them, resulted in no tip from any of them. Having a great first impression with fast food, quickly turned into a sour evening with the later events to come. :<

We tried the Sour Cabbage Fish Noodles, the Spicy Beef Noodles, and the Mushroom Special Noodles. The soup in the noodles is very tasty but a bit too salty. Be careful as the soup and the stone bowl is extremely hot when served.

Clean dining environment, the staff are well trained and polite. The food is great, big proportion at a reasonable pricing. Very heavy in seasoning, but it's not overwhelming. Conplext taste with a good balance. Interior design is fairly interesting, and the slogan/meme on the wall are fun to read haha The only down side was the music was a bit too loud on the day when we visit, and it gets a bit annoying (sorry I'm just not use to loud environment)
