Customer service was excellent, and they were able to put together a custom package deal that suited my needs. I have been using the equipment at home for a few weeks, and quality is good. Overall I am happy with their product and their customer service.

Bought a squat rack, bench, Olympic bar, dumbbell set, and bumper plate set. Haven’t assembled the rack or bench yet but have been thoroughly enjoy the dumbbells, Olympic bar, and bumper plates. Can’t wait until they open an Edmonton location!

I've previously built out two residential set ups and one commercial gym, all now currently residing in a barn in Northern Ontario. Frequently moving has necessitated regularly sourcing new equipment in various locales and, as such, I've experienced exemplary service and the worst of the worst. Having spent over $50k (pre and post pandemic prices), finding quality equipment at fair prices has been paramount. This far, my experience with X-Rival has been unmatched. My last few trips have been for iron plates, budget bumpers, a trap bar and various accessories. I haven't been able to find better prices for similar quality goods anywhere, with Alberta in particular being challenging. But what stands out the most to me is the level of customer service. I've always been greeted warmly and been treated to a team perpetually seeking opportunities to go above and beyond. At this point I'm the family at X-Rival has earned my staunch advocacy. I will continue to source my next build out exclusively from them and suggest others do as well.

I’ve been shopping here since the pandemic last year for building my home gym. They stock great value items with very competitive prices compared to other local stores. When I was looking for free weight (kettle bells, bumper plates, etc. ), they were basically the only store in town that has both In-Stock and wide range of selections. The owner knows their stuffs and provides unbiased recommendations based on my needs. I’ve introduced a few of my friends to shop here. We are all satisfied with their customer services and product warranty. Occasionally there were minor defects from the manufacturer, the owner just got things taken care of without any hassle. Thank you X-Rival. Keep up the good work.
