★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original installation left a bulged metal piece unchanged. I am not happy with one of the employees at first as he promised to fix it but never fix it in 2 month. The owner did a very quick solution after heard this issue and fixed the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lousy from the get go. they never replied to my email, never called back when a message was left, and never showed up for an arranged meeting for a quote. no phone calls, no explanation, no nothing. I wouldn't use this company if this is what their service is like even before they do the job. very disappointed. makes me wonder if any of the reviews are legit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't leave a review on the quality of their work since they never showed up for the scheduled appointment this morning to give us a quote.
No phone call, nothing. Apparently our time is worth nothing. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
It would just take one minute to give someone the courtesy of a phone call to say you would not be able to make the appointment. Left a comment on their Facebook page but it was promptly deleted.
I would also like to point out that any negative reviews left for them on Homestars are rejected. That's why you will only see 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were prompt, did a great job in the exact time that they said. They also came back the next day to fix a small flashing problem.
I would definitely recommend and will call them again in 25 years or so when I need a new roof again.

We were extremely thorough in our research and interviews of the roofers and found Shawn to be professional, extremely knowledgeable and the price was very fair. In the end the job him and his team was fantastic and we continue to get great feedback from all of our friends and family. This was a pleasant reminder of the quality work accomplish last year by their team when they replaced all the singles on the roof of our home. At that time, Shawn’s sound recommendations were much appreciated. I was impressed by how the team worked into the evening to complete the roof. The site was left very clean. I highly recommend Wright Brothers for the whole process from the consultation phase, proposal and for a well-done job.
