It looks fantastic and the crew were very meticulous throughout the installation process. Notably, the company was on schedule and were very good not to damage an extensive garden around the property, or the recently installed wood siding. I would highly recommend this company based on the experiece.

I did get three quotes from local companies, and I feel Pro Form offered the best service, knowledge and made me feel the most comfortable, also the install team was very considerate and professional. We opted for the leaf guards with 5” white eaves which look like crown moulding, and chestnut brown downspouts in front of our brick siding. We have a weird roof shape, and the people who owned our house before us did not have eavestroughs so I was worried how they would look, however I am so happy with how it turned out. We definitely recommend.

I have nothing but positive feedback for them They showed up when they said they would. They were super tidy when removing my old eaves and again when installing the new eaves. They were very careful of our flowers and plants and ensured nothing was trampled. If they dropped something, they cleaned it up immediately,. They even came back a day later to seal up some holes from the old eaves because they had mistakenly forgotten to do it when they were on site the first time. Even the quote and follow up were quick and efficient... Great job folks! Super happy.
P	Pra Kash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the installation product is great, the service is not. The contractor through Proform did a decent job installing the eavestrough. However, they did wronged the orientation of downspout in the front, which resulted in water/ice accumulation on the driveway. I reached out to Proform few months ago when I noticed the issue and though they said reverting back to me then to get it addressed, no one has come back yet. I have written mail, have left voice messages, but no response. Not sure if this is normal from their part or I am getting some special treatment. While having issues in today's world is all normal and expected, how one handles the situation is what makes the difference. I am definitely not having a great feeling on this aspect with Proform here. Anyway, I hope good sense prevail and if management really care about the customer satisfaction, take a note of it and address the issue. If not, I would certainly be knocking the doors of the office of consumer protection to get it reviewed. The review here is just a step to follow the process to bring the issue to Proform management attention in the same line as I have done with leaving voice messages and sending out emails.

No calls returned, emails are not answered, not sure if we're in the queue or just dropped altogether. I understand if their busy but they string clients along and need to communicate; radio silence is unprofessional and unacceptable.

After the summer, I noticed some previously installed drip edge coming off, which Proform had to detach and cut to install aluminum fascia and gutters. A drone flight over our roof confirmed at least 10 eight foot pieces of drip edge have come off. Despite sharing images and attempting to communicate with this company via email and phone, I have had zero responses.
