Had the jambalaya jazz and it was exquisite! Did not expect such a delicious treat, the place was clean and warm with a friendly atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful, all in all I enjoyed my visit here :-) I cant wait to take my partner here for a fun experience and good food

Should be called the WetZone because this place gets my mouth soaked.

Food was just ok, pretty sure we were helped by a manager/owner (no uniform) and she really needs to work on her customer service! She didn't make eye contact once - just looked at her cell phone while ringing us through! Staff seemed unhappy too.

Food was very bland and had no taste. The staff were very passive. We ordered the jimmy the Greek wrap. It took them 20 seconds to make them. There was too much rice and not enough veggies. Very cheap with the toppings. I had to go back in and ask for extra tzatziki sauce. Which I had to pay for. Won’t be going back.

Hands down the best wrap my taste buds have ever experienced. Their fresh ingredients along with the perfectly cooked chicken was something that I previously dreamt about. The wrap artist (Alysha) was extremely polite and professional, and ensured my meal was prepared just the way I wanted. Wrapzone never fails to go above and beyond expectations in regard to exceptional taste and customer service. It is without a doubt in my mind that I will be coming back to enjoy another Santa Fe. With Wrapzones perfect blend of savory protein, fresh vegetables, and delectable sauces, I couldn't imagine myself dining anywhere else.

I used to really appreciate Wrap Zone, but in more recent visits since I've been diagnosed with diabetes and started cutting out most carbs, I now recognize that they rely on too much high-glycemic, low nutrition junk for fillers. Rice is the base for almost everything. The menu just isn't fun for me anymore. If they had quinoa as an option to replace the rice, that would open up several menu items to me and make a huge difference! They should also consider switching to a vegetarian & vegan friendly sauce for the Thai Tanic. I'm surprised that their menu hasn't evolved much in the last decade.

I don't know what happened, maybe it's just me, it seems as if the sauce for the Jambalaya Jazz has changed into something much more bland and entirely less appetizing. I thought the person making the wrap used the wrong sauce, so I went back and tried again, but it simply isn't what it used to be. I used to be exited about getting Wrap Zone, now its a disappointment.
