★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Lakeshore road. Near other businesses. Store was clean and nice. Wasn't too busy cause summer is over, it's busier then. They offer icecream, icecream cakes, vegan icecream, icecream sandwiches and cupcakes. Yes, cupcakes. Picked up a liter of icecream here for guests. You can check out their website for more information. You can also order for pickup via Skip the Dishes, UberEats and DoorDash. I had friendly service. Prices were alittle high, but this place is closer to where I live.

When I called to explain this she basically told me she was too busy to talk to me and hung up the phone. she was more than happy to take my money after she explained that business had been slow this last week due to the rain and not tourist season. but when there was a problem, she didn’t even care to do anything about it. & for A $7 ice cream sandwich it better taste like gold not mould.staff was also not wearing masks properly basically around their chins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff/ownership are very pleasant to deal with. Ingredients always appear to be fresh and good tasting. It is usually very hard to find parking here but very convenient to access if you walking to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream tasted good but wasn’t worth the money. We spent $19 on two large dipped bowls which is a lot in my opinion especially when my wife had to ask the lady three times to mix in the toppings because she wasn’t mixing it properly. Plus the waffle bowls tasted a little old and stale. My wife love marble slab in Vancouver but found this place just didn’t have enough topping options and the service wasn’t as good. To conclude, it was good ice cream and we are happy we tried it but it would be hard for us to recommend or try again when there are better options in Kelowna.
