S	Sean Auston-Lee Coady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDonalds is the worst one in Kelowna by far. Every time I go to go through the drive through they never answer the speaker and when they do, they come on the speaker to say they are close. They are always closed.

But beware going at night time. 10 minutes at the screen and i was still being told to hold on a moment. I left without putting an order through, it wasnt worth it. Thw workers arent to blame. I called to complain and they mentioned there is only 1 person on the window at night as per the managers scheduling. This is horrible planning for a mcdonalds location, and the manager needs to seriously reconsider the scheduling unless they think 10+minute wait times are acceptable. I hate to think of the 5 other people behind me and how long they had to wait due to poor planning. Please reconsider your scheduling as it is hurting your reputation.

They have a regular fountain drink station. Had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Wasn't that hot. Clean location
K	Karaya Tough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could give 0 stars i would we ordered online and called to ask why it had already taken 1 hour and was supposed to take 1 more they were rude and said it wasn’t possible and hung up on us then we called again and spoke to the manager who also hung up on us we left it alone, when we got our food it was cold and gross and they had forgotten 4 drinks!!!!!!! we called to ask where our drinks were and were told that it’s again not possible and they don’t have the drinks there and then got hung up on again.

They were being very rude to us and then when it got delivered to us finally they didn’t give us our drinks i am very disappointed and dissatisfied

I've did written complaint to the company via their website and my boyfriend talked to the manager due to their employee SINKANDER attitude towards us. They mixed up our order SINKANDER wasn't happy that we told him. Looks like I'm not the only one making a complaint against this certain McDonald's
