The family at WOW CARS has been the best yet to deal with. Very open and honest and a pleasure to do business with. There was a small problem with the vehicle I purchased that was discovered shortly after I brought the vehicle home. Karamvir(Kevin) his dad and brother did everything possible to have the problem fixed with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I could tell they had genuine concern with the issue and were not satisfied until they could tell I was happy with the outcome. This was extremely evident even when I was driving away, I rolled my window down to say good-bye. As a result of a fresh wash (vehicle always was freshly washed with a paper mat covering the floor mat every time the vehicle was at WOW CARS) Karamir's brother asked me to roll up the window so he could wipe the water steaks off the out side of the window! That is service! I do not usually write reviews however in this instance I felt compelled to. I highly recommend WOW CARS if you are looking for good used vehicle. I am sure you be pleasantly surprised how enjoyable buying a used vehicle can be from this family.
V	Vu Dao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best car purchase experience I have ever had! My experience with WOW Cars from the pre-purchase to post-purchase stage was simply fantastic. There was no pressure, just sincere consultation and advice from Kevin and his father. They are genuine people that just want to take a good care of their customers. All of the cars in the lot are exceptionally clean, unlike those dusty cars parked at other dealerships. The cars are also fairly priced and fully inspected. After buying a Santa Fe from them for a week, I noticed some chips and scratches (my bad - I didn't completely inspect the car before buying). I brought the issue to Kevin's attention. Lo and behold, they agreed to take the car back and gave it a fresh coat of paint, free of charge! Where else could do this for their customers after the purchase has been completed!? Not only that, before returning the car back to me, they gave the car a full body wash and vacuum, in and out! I was just really shocked about how sincere and kind Kevin and his father are! A true hidden gem in Regina. You guys deserve all the best :)

I bought a small vehicle & the truck, both vehicle were in very good condition perfect vehicle that I was looking for. The customer service & knowledge they gives you the trust & confidence, father son team handled me very well. Owner is very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. So I highly recommend.
