Do not trust Worldwide Stone, if someone makes a purchase at this location and does not look at the product carefully and load it up themself and leave with it, you will not get what you purchased. Basically, if you purchase product and expect them to deliver the correct product it will not happen and then they will not give you your money back. Worldwide Stone offers very poor service. Buy anywhere else, even if it costs more, it is best to deal with a company you can trust.

There service was the best and the material I got was so good you will find the best and most professional employees they put all there time into this. They handle this yard very well at this time and never have been slacking. I promise you won’t regret getting natural stone from here even the prices talk for them self’s. Best natural stone company

I have dealing with worldwide stone for the past 10 years. And his prices are very good and reasonable. They are very honest people. Their material is first class. I am very satisfied with the material and the quality. I recommend this place. Best natural stone in the business.

We purchased stone from Worldwide Stone for a porch. They delivered the wrong product completely. The stone which arrived was not a difference in shade nor a colour variation, it was a different product. We then told the delivery truck driver that they need to send it back. Even the driver of the truck said this company does this quite often. This company cares nothing about client satisfaction. We contacted Worldwide stone and they refused to refund our money even though the product came back with their delivery truck. We will be going to court over this and I will update this review on those results. Even though the purchase is under $2000, and I am very busy, I will not allow this company to get away with robbing people this way. I have read of similar results with previous client's in the reviews, but sadly only after choosing them. **Update** FRI AUGUST 28** When users read Worldwide Stone's response, understand it is a fabrication. When I arrived at your location and looked at your sample product, I requested to see the actual stone you have in stock. You never mentioned anything to us about variations of colour, this is something I brought up and I wanted to see the product. The gentleman said to me "don't you trust us, I can't show it to you now, our samples are not here to trick people, " he then refused to show me the actual stone product because he was busy. I was worried at the time but went against my best judgement and decided to trust your company without seeing the actual stock. You obviously don't have stock of the product and sold us another product. I have been involved in landscaping for several years and this is why I asked to see your actual product. When your product was delivered, there was defective cap stones and the product was also completely different. Your driver saw the error himself and didn't think it was right to offload the product. Your company tried to force him to offload it but he did not. I warn all readers, beware of dealing with this company. Do not trust them unless you grab the product yourself, they can sell you any garbage and claim no refunds. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in years.

I have recently order steps from world wide stone . One of the steps came all scratched and full of rust spots . I was a bit worried , ordering from this place after reading the bad reviews. I have sent two emails to the company so far and I have not yet received a response. My next step will be a phone call . Hopefully they can prove me wrong and make good on there promise to replace any defective stone . I will write an update review once I get a response.

I ordered armour stone through here. I'm giving them 2 stars because the price was great...but delivery was a day late, and I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I ordered guillotine 18"x18"x3' and got random (on average) 2'x3'x5', but some of these stone are 7' long!

The Team at Worldwide stone was very knowledgeable and patient throughout purchase and delivery. I installed the stone with my family and we didn’t have any prior masonry experience. I had a lot of questions regarding colour, stone properties, patterns, cement type, stone sealers, grout size, how to cut the stone.... They answered all my questions and I was able to get a Granite patio for a fraction of the price compared to contracting the work. If you’re interested in installing natural stone I would definitely recommend their stone in person because pictures may not capture the actual look correctly.
