★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Jumbaloo Playground in Argentia. We chose to host a private party so that the whole place will be exclusive to us and our guests the entire time and they allowed us to extend after hours too.
• Place - well maintained, very clean and there is a section for younger kids - Arcade and VR available (my niece and nephews enjoy the VR so much)
• Staff - very accommodating and helpful they will always ask if you need help on anything
• Mirror-Me Photo Booth - guest enjoy it and you can have it sent thru email or printed worth adding to the package.
Thank you, Jumbaloo Staff and especially to Mr. Joseph for accommodating us and making sure my daughter birthday party run as smoothly as possible.
Definitely worth visiting and celebrating my daughter’s birthday party here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went all the way from missisauga and found out we were supposed to reserve a slot, but the owner was too kind and luckily he saw families coming in he opened an extra slot right at the end and saved the day ..my toddler was seeing it for the very first time he had the best night of his life lol since he has seen nothing due to lock downs .. i would say out of all the indoor playgrounds i liked jumbaloo the best for my kids, they have a seating area for parents and its clean and the staff is very friendly , theres a small zipline even my toddler did it ,theres a trampoline too! My 7 year old had a blast ! The washrooms are also clean. Im glad i took my kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids love this place, they get to go around and play in a closed area. It’s a closed luxury playground if I have to simplify it.
I really liked the place but it’s overly crowded. They need a bigger place to accommodate the crowd. We had booked for a two hour party, we were told we can get 15 mins ahead of our slot to do the decoration. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the room until it was time for our slot. They book back to back slots I guess, so there isn’t enough time to decorate and have a party. They give a reminder 15 mins before the two hours window and ask you to check out quickly too.
It’s great if you are just booking a room to have pizza and just put a banner of a happy birthday. Decorations aren’t recommended because you will have no time left for a party.
Overall, I liked the place, my kids and our guests did too. Give a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sized indoor playground for infants and kids. The price point is reasonable as well. Just make sure that your reserve a time slot because they don't take walk-ins (since Covid). The staff are friendly and helpful. The premises are always kept clean and tidy. There are tables to sit at and wait. I've left my bags unattended and so far I've felt pretty confident doing so. There are also some high chairs available for littles- just make sure to keep sanitizer wipes on hand to clean before use, although they are maintained pretty well. They have party rooms available as well. There's a small arcade area and a snack bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have hosted a birthday party for our daughter twice at Jumbaloo. For the most recent one, we chose to host a private party so the facilities were only available to our guests during our event time.
The staff is friendly and always helps us set up and clean up before and after the party. I do wish that there was more time to decorate before our event time, as both times we needed more time to do so before our guests started to arrive (but this all depends on how much decorating you would like to do).
There is something to do for all ages: we love that there is a section for the younger kids, an arcade, and VR available. There's also plenty of seating and chairs for the adults so that they can supervise their children while playing. They provide an area with hangers for jackets and cubbies for shoes by the entrance, overall the place is always very well kept and clean every time we have been there.
Definitely worth visiting if you haven't gone yet! Thank you Jumbaloo staff for always taking care of us and making sure our daughter's birthday parties run as smoothly as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended two back to back birthday parties at this place today. Nice place to organize birthday parties for kids but open entry is also allowed.
There are plenty of games options for kids. They can join slides, cross walk and other games option. Kids will remain busy in playing games. There is staff available to keep watch on kids. There are sufficient arrangement for kids safety.
There are 3 rooms available for hosting the parties. The best package is DIY as you can bring your own stuff so you can offer local food items.
Staff is nice and tries to maintain the place in order. The place is fully accessible and people withe limited availability can access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my child's birthday here. Isabella was an AMAZING and super patient party host. We had so much to set up, and she was always asking what she could do to help. Kids loved the playground and enjoyed the pizza. Time constraint for the party as it felt rushed, but only because there's 15 mins to set up decor. We still made it look amazing and everyone had a great time!
