Im actually shocked thats it a perfectly fine for employers to leave nasty emails about a person on a work computer and when that person those comments were about sees it, nothing can be done. Or that clear bullying behaviour is not bullying to them, but just considered rude. Worksafe is clearly out to protect the employer. Save your time and go get yourself a good lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust these people. If your hurt for more than a month or two get a lawyer. Under no circumstances trust what they say and do not enter the 3rd month without a lawyer. Every person in my physio had to phone them every 2 week to ask where their pay cheque is and if you didn't phone to find out what the OOPSY was this time they never send the money. I have a list of things I could tell you but the TLDR is DO NOT TRUST THEM.
