★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unproffessional business to say the least. Have had no problem renewing car insurance here in the past until now. Banking info was wiped. No apology and no explanation were provided. Couldnt answer simple questions regarding the product they sell. Better off going elsewhere for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks ago, on a Sunday evening and twenty minutes before closing I went in to change my policy from "in storage" to back on the road. The rush was an appointment two hours away leaving at 9 am Monday morning, with snow on a mountain pass forecast, something our small sub-compact would not have been up to. Einer was the representative that handled my needs and did the BEST job ever to efficiently and professionally make the changes. I really appreciated his attitude at not rushing or being put out by holding up their closing by about ten minutes. Such great service. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy, very convenient, in and out. Long short, seller made mistake on initial Transfer Form. After much back and forth, I finally had the paperwork AFTER my insurance place closed.
Was suuuper grateful these guys were open "late"!! Agent was very kind, helpful, informative. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like the young lady I spoke with was patient and nice enough contrary to some other reviews here about staff members, however, she lacked some basic knowledge of her own company that I was able to find easily online afterwards. For example, she couldn't give me the details of the insurance contract. Would you put a bunch of money out on something if you didn't know what you were paying for? Also, the double barriers (the staff wearing masks AND the plastic barriers in front of them) are ridiculous. It's a serious impairment to communication. They were actually speaking through microphones to people on the other side of the glass. LOL. Even then, it was difficult to understand what they were saying (and I wasn't the only one there with a problem understanding the staff). Having a plastic barrier in front of you is WORTHLESS. Get that sorted out !
