★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two pair of work wear Carharts from this local store. It was going to take two weeks for these pants to arrive. I called in two weeks. They had not come in. I asked if they would be sure to call. They did not call. I followed up the next day and the response was oh yes I see them here but we didn’t have a phone number to contact you. Interesting. Because in order for me to order them and pre pay I would’ve had to leave a phone number. I picked up the pants just 14 days ago. I returned the pants today because they did not fit. My wish was that they may accommodate me with an in-store credit that perhaps they might go the extra mile and try and make their customer happy. But no. Instead because they were past 10 days, I’m out $150 and they don’t care. I will not spend a dollar at this store and I recommend others to do the same.

Thank you for opening up this store! You have accommodated a great need for this community and surrounding area with Red Wing footwear, other utility brands of footwear, Carhartt clothing and accessory clothing for specified job requirements. On top of that, you have brought in a great selection of mens and ladies clothing...which I love!! The name brands are stylish, great quality and something you dont find in Lethbridge, which is so needed!! Your prices for these name brands are very reasonable!
But, what makes your store above others, is your Staff and Customer Service!! You guys are so friendly and welcoming! You listen to our needs and concerns and will do your best at meeting them. You also put on some awesome sales!! So, keep up the great work guys!!

The staff are exceptional and are quick to offer to order in items that they don’t have in your size or color preference.
Literally what the name says Work & Play they have something for you. Huge selection, ability to order special items make this a must shop in Lethbridge!!

As well as the style of clothing; it’s classy and great for going out or work. This is also my #1 store for shopping for my husband. I LOVE the men’s selection. Finally a store that’s unique and trendy and you won’t see it everywhere. When I go here I always come home with clothes for the both of us! My one stop shop with guaranteed success:)
