★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of boots two days ago, got home and the chains were already broken. I didn't wear them at all, and brought them back. Because they were on sale, I couldn't exchange them or get refunded or anything. This isn't very good customer service, and I would suggest changing your policy.

Took them back, unworn 16 days later, and they refused to credit me! I didn't even ask for my money back!
Will never go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only in-store credit regardless of the reason for the return. Not impressed. My wife was told she could return within 14 days and they "forgot" to mention instore credit only. We were in a rush and didn't have time to try on all the dresses. We took some home and brought back the ones she didn't like and got stuck with in-store credit.
