I couldn’t be happier with my teeth and they were great at accommodating my schedule for checkup appointments! Would definitely recommend them for any orthodontic work!

I had my braces removed yesterday, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. During my treatment, the staff was always accommodating and friendly. Tammy and Karen at the front desk were particularly helpful through this process. I 100% recommend Gibb Orthodontics. ❤️

Dr. Gibb is very good at what he does. He is both professional, as well as efficient! The staff, as well as the office staff, have especially made our experience so memorable and enjoyable. We look forward to our visits just to see their smiling faces and friendly personalities! Love these ladies!! :) Lots of draws and incentives to keep the kids motivated to maintain their braces and clean properly while having them on. Such great prizes! Honesty, when we knew they needed braces, we were dreading it. I can tell you - we were so well taken care of by everyone at Gibb Ortho, it made the time that they had their braces on - fly by! Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

We always received excellent care from the whole office. Karen & Tammy always did their very best to get us in last minute and they are super friendly. The assistants are all fantastic and Dr. Gibb is wonderful. Plus, they have a great payment plan if needed. Our girls love going there and I would highly recommend Gibb Orthodontics to anyone needing braces whether you are a youth or an adult.

A	Amanda Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating based on first impression, will update at the end of treatment. Dr. Gibbs seems to be a kind & patient person which is exactly what I want for my son. He is definitely busy though so I did appreciate that he was timely & professional! The first lady I sat down with, I cannot remember her name, but she was extremely persistent on asking me if my son had Indian Status even though my first & second answers were "no he doesn't" "no we only have 1 insurance plan for him". It bugged me enough that I told my partner later on and he cringed terribly. Having a indigenous mother does not mean the child is entitled to Indian Status privileges or to the First Canadian Health program. I will say that she was very friendly towards my 1.5 year old and my son, as well as myself. My daughter was not having it! She wanted to be roaming the office! The receptionist, who I also cannot place (blonde hair), was kind of rude. I definitely did not get a friendly vibe from her but I noticed she treated every one else in the waiting room with a smile. I had no choice but to bring my 1.5 year old daughter. The other receptionist appeared to be more friendly. My son needs braces and I have only heard great things about Dr Gibbs so we will be using this practice.

The alignment progress has been amazing since going here and Dr Gibb obviously knows his stuff. Best care/treatment and supremely professional staff. They run their office like clockwork: for those who like to push the boundaries of late, plan to be slightly early for appts. 5 stars all the way.
