★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience and service as per usual! I am completely floored by my recent experience at Prim Health and Beauty! All of the staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and are happy to help.
Jesse has helped me a few times now, answering my myriad of questions regarding all the bumble and bumble products I own (I’ve officially converted to this brand! Lol), making me feel grateful for his patience, and I cannot say enough about Sydney.
I’ve struggled over the years to find a hairdresser who is both qualified and talented enough to deal with my hair type (coarse, frizzy and fine), while also giving me my desired look. I can now say with confidence that 3 days after my appointment with Sydney, my hair looks and FEELS great (not sticky or stiff from too much product) and has held the style she did.
I cannot say enough good things about Sydney and how pleasantly surprised I am by her talent! I highly recommend anyone to book a haircut, color and/or style with her. You will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't be my first place I'd recommend a friend to try. Attention to detail was not the greatest and my paint on my toes are sloppy. Ya the pedicure felt nice, but the quality of it was not worth $80; I've gotten better at cheaper places unfortunately. For the price they charge I expect more attention to detail and a better quality pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get a men's hair cut twice a month so during all of these pandemic restrictions, lock downs and re-openings Prim have bent over backwards to ensure I could get a hair cut before they had to close and as soon as possible after they could open again. The staff are friendly, professional with very high standards. Prim has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of all who enter their doors and have proven time and time again that their clients are of the highest priority. Prim Health and Beauty is by far "The Best Among The Best".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services were always good however after several visits the salon itself always felt cold. I called asking to buy gift cards and nobody even called me back. I cancelled my upcoming appointment and just didn’t feel good coming back. It’s important to me that a business feels warm
And welcoming and they phone back when you want to spend your money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prim is the absolute best place to get your hair done. I've met with Josie twice now (would have been more if not for COVID), and she is just incredible. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is beyond fantastic, and all the stylists, and staff, seem to be excited that you're there. I had teeth whitening done about a year ago, also. Every time I walk in there, I'm treated like family. Now I'm checking out other services, so I can keep throwing my money at them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Prim for the first time this week and hands down had my best ever salon experience! I got a pedicure from Jessa and although she was in training she did everything like a pro! Her coworker Bryer was there to help as well and the two of them were so fun to chat with :) The whole salon is super cute and the atmosphere is beyond welcoming! Overall super impressed with the service and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great pedicure experience. Thanks again, Jessa!
