About three quarters of the way through the appointment my eyes started to become irritated and burning at which point I mentioned it and had a fan put on my eyes which did seem to help but I now realize we should have just stopped the procedure. After the appointment my eyes were irritated and bloodshot. I previously had my lashes done for years in a different city with no problem. The next day my eyes were still irritated and blood shot and I wanted to remove the lashes asap. In the past I was able to remove lashes with coconut oil but these weren't affected at all with the coconut oil and steam so Dawna was able to remove them that morning. The glue dissolving solution was also very irritating to my eyes and my eyes have been bloodshot, irritated and my eyes have been blurry. It's very distressing that I could have potentially damaged my eyes. It didn't cross my mind that this would happen after having so many years of wonderful pain free lashes so I want to let others know so this doesn't happen to you.

G	Grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dawna was a very sweet lady with good intentions, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience with my lash extensions. I felt a lot of burning and discomfort throughout the appointment, including pulling of my lashes that was quite painful. Dawna tried her best to help the burning with a fan but it didn’t do much. I wanted to continue the appointment because I thought maybe my eyes were sensitive and that this was normal, but looking back it definitely was not. After the appointment, I noticed clumps of glue all over my lash line, and that many of my lashes were glued together in chunks as well. My eyes were also severely red, burning, and irritated for almost a week. I have gone to see another lash artist who has removed the set I got done with Dawna to prevent my natural lashes from falling out, and have realized that getting lashes applied should not have been that painful as I had no issues with my new artist. Dawna tried her best to ask if I was comfortable, did offer to remove the lashes for me, and was very kind, but unfortunately the way the lashes were done caused a lot of pain and cost me a lot of extra money.

She has the most impressive attention to detail and the best recommendations for the best results. She's been doing all-things lash for years and it shows.
