I began the process of becoming trustee with this firm to access certain stocks and shares left behind, as my mother did not have a will. I've had to correct clerical errors along the way and even though I've provided Sidney with multiple copies of my mothers death certificate I'm sitting here with the documents naming me trustee, but my mothers date of death is incorrect thus stalling the process once again. I have taken many days off work to attend meetings with this firm and it has been an ongoing nightmare. We have experienced everything from him addressing us by incorrect names, even after multiple corrections, to needing documents to be redone over and over due to errors. I am beyond displeased as this is already a difficult time.

Lawyer's job not to lend on mortgage, but apparently, they do. They lend their private mortgage. They lied to clients they could not get an extension. After that, they will lend client private mortgage them self. They took your client and not inform you. NO ETHICAL!!! I strongly not recommend this law firm!!!

However, a client of mine notified me about your post and comment related to my name on this website. First of all, as a law firm, you should verify the fact about my licence before making a false comment. If you are a law firm and you are falsely accused someone without fact check, that’s show how low your level of professionalism and It’s clearly show that you are incompetent!!! Secondly, most of your client who couldn’t get a mortgage from me are all tax cheaters, and some of them are gangsters. Those are the type of clients you are mostly serves and support? I do apologize, it’s doesn’t fit our guideline. And the government and Law Society should look into the type of business and clients you are supporting. Thirdly, is that your job as a law firm is to serve client with legal services? Why do you have to “ensure” client has money to close on their mortgage? Aren’t you admitting that you are providing mortgages? And you are taking other broker’s businesses? Aren’t those businesses private loan? What’s interest rate do you charge, how much fee did you charge them? If it not in thousand of dollars????? A sad news for you is, I am always fully licensed, and I always serve my class A clients properly. I do not want to deal with any tax cheaters, gangsters, and anything similar to that. I urged you to work with Ethic. Practice law and service law. Do not continue steal other broker’s businesses. Apparently, it’s not only me that you stolen business from!!!

Sally took it on, but then (over 3 weeks later) said she “can’t do it” out of the blue, with no specifics. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize for wasting our time. Cannot recommend their services — I’d advise using a specialist for your probate needs.
