UPDATE: His response is a lie, he actually lost his motion because a judge sided with me for his unethical/high-handed conduct. Furthermore, the "lawsuit" was a mortgage action (his clients were private lenders), fully moot and a waste of money for his clients because it was not necessary. He didn't even know what amount to sue for or how his clients names are spelled. Furthermore, he didn't sue me twice, it was two mortgages on the same property by the same lenders.You can take from his comment, that he is incompetent and a liar. I actually have the proof and am happy to give it to anyone who wants to see it.
