I always felt that she had my best interest in mind. She also got me a very favourable settlement. I got her number from the internet and decided to call because the insurance adjuster I had at the time was very unhelpful and constantly delaying payments for services or asking for more information. When I first spoke with Eti, I was very frustrated with my situation. She took the time to listen to me and decided to take my case even though it was a bit of a long shot because I had waited so long to involve a lawyer, and some of the legal process I should have taken was pretty neglected.
