★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably our favorite indoor playground. Kids love it, lots of opportunity to run, jump and even shoot foam balls at each other. Trampoline, spinning cars, rock climbing (extra $) are all fun if the kids are interested. The restaurant has good selection from poutine, burgers, pizza etc to healthy salad choices. Pricing is reasonable and not over priced.
Easy to spend 2-3 hours here!
Highly recommend it year round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place last weekend and it was packed. Don't think all the kids are vaccinated as most of them are younger than 5years old. The tables are dirty and messy, too crowded that I don't feel comfortable removing my mask. Kitchen from the cafeteria closed an hour before the place closed so no more hot food if you arrive late. No hassle to go in, pretty fast after paying for tickets. But I think the prices went up since I last visited 2 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place for kids very big lots runing place...video games laser maze .. small place for baby's.. food to buy abit $$ but helps... bathrooms...rock claiming.. music...lots tables ...they give you 3-4 coins for the video games.. to play free when you enter . Big popcorn bowl 7$ and it's in a town close to everything. Nice too .kids get sleepy fast lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids had so much fun! Went there on a Sunday. Yes i was expecting a lot of people but since the place is big compare to other places, it didn’t feel stuffy. Staff were really nice and helpful. The only downsize is, it is more pricey but i would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my nine year old for the afternoon with the intention of playing together. I went down the very first slide and landed on a mat that was absolutely flat (see picture below). I hurt my lower back so badly that I was in too much pain to do any climbing or sliding for the rest of the day and thereby forcing my child to play alone the whole time. I told an employee that I was injured and showed her how flat the mat was and I was told, “yeah, that happens sometimes”. She “fluffed up” the mat a bit and then offered me ice (which was appreciated). I asked to have a manager call me to discuss the situation. They took my name and number and assured me a callback the next day, yet no one ever reached out to follow up. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of safety and poor management. Unacceptable in my opinion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun, very nice staff, really well organized for a birthday celebration. They were very kind, greeting us
and had the birthday situation down to a science. The staff on the floor are very patient and helpful with the younger kids. The kids really enjoyed themselves. It's a very fun place and I'm sure we will be back.
The only constructive comment I have is about the cleanliness. We arrived soon after opening and the stairs up to the mezzanine were clearly still dirty from the day before, some of the tables had not been cleaned either. The bathrooms on the main level were also not as clean as you'd like, and there were no hand sanitizing gels anywhere.
