★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved Funtropolis. My grand kids had so much fun. I would recommend it to anyone with young kids. Parents can also enjoy themselves there, and can take part in some of the activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OVERCROWDED, no parking spot available, juice and water spill all over the place, few of ball machines broken, no employee for safety control(8-10 kids on trampoline at the same time ?). The one at St-Hubert is better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive. No real food. Have to buy tokens for kids at a dollar each. Cost one thousand dollars for an 8 year olds birthday. Bathroom was filthy. Also had to guard our stuff because other people were trying to sneak in our room . I also doubt that equipment is sanitized properly. I only gave it two stars because the kids did have fun . Kids are stupid they don't know .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place itself is good but i dont like how they force to charge parents with kids… like even if parents don’t want to go to play area, they have to pay.
they should instead keep one assistant inside play area and make a seperate area for parents or parents could just wait in car.
And if they choose to go with kid they could pay.
But we had to pay for 2 adults extra in order to send one kid to play (as we had a small baby so none of the adult were going to go to the play area). We told this at the counter but she said its the rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! My kids loved it there, definitely will go back again.
The only thing is that if the ages 3 and lower area had its door be able of being locked , as kids can freely enter and keep the door open behind them, which then the younger toddlers can crawl out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely really shocked that a repair man in the toddler play area was using an electric drill to fix the toy kitchen and left it out on the table top…several times… with several very young children playing closely by. 1 child actually picked it up! I told the man to keep it away and he moved it away but he came back again later to finish the job and again, carelessly left it on the table, within easy reach to all the children, with his back turned. I again told him and after my daughter tried to grab it, I took her out of the play area. He didn’t seem to care at all. I really am shocked as this could have caused such a serious accident. Surely if they’re planning to drill in an area used by young children, there should be some precautions taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had a blast here! We spent over 3 hours here and he still didn’t even want to leave! They have arcades with a reasonable price of $1. They have a party section upstairs if you ever want to host a birthday party. They have a ball pit, a jungle gym and a small section for smaller babies and toddlers. Only downfall is that their entrance fee is pretty pricey. And there is no actual food to have lunch. They only have snacks. So I suggest eating before going or bring a lunch for your kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, quick service. Average price. Water bottle for $1.75 good price. The kids love it and burnt there energy. Arcades are $1 a game, pretty reasonable. We bought our food and drinks. Cost check is free. Highly recommended.
