★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't even give this a star because I didn't even get a chance. I called to make arrangements to add some more cabinets to the kitchen in my new house. I talked with a wonderful man on the phone who suggested I come in with my plans/dimensions to get started. The very next Saturday, I showed up plans in hand. I ended up talking with a designer who obviously was not interested in helping me - told me to find the business that originally built the kitchen. I guess they are doing too well, he didn't want to hear what I wanted and turned away my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suppose it was foolish to just assume that the diagram we signed off on actually represented the cabinets we were to receive. They came mostly flat packed, like Ikea, but with many important parts missing. Most importantly, one whole end of the cabinet was missing. It was in the drawing I approved, but I learned a drawing of a project is not a contract.
Woodcraft explained to me that what I thought was one end of my cabinet in their drawing actually represented an imaginary refrigerator with exactly the same dimensions and appearance as the cabinet I thought I was getting!
We were on a tight time line to finish this project. I was talked out of dumping this mess in their parking lot and starting over, so we’ll chalk it up to an expensive lesson. The final result doesn't look bad, if you overlook where the finishes don't match. It looks sort of like an unfortunate Ikea purchase, just four or five times more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our builder has Woodcraft Kitchen has their contractor for our home Cabinets. POOR Quality. seems a kid can punch the cabinet and make a hole thru. The Island in our kitchen visibly Wriggles and nothing they could do to resolve the issue over past 6 months. surprisingly low quality of Cabinets and imperfection in finishing work.
