I finally got through to someone to check if they still had a certain cabinet as I needed to order a replacement door. The sales lady informed me they were busy and would get back to me in a couple days via email with the cost. I never heard from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered our kitchen cabinets beginning of September. We are still waiting for the installation to be finished. Phonecalls go unanswered and unreturned. We have not once been contacted directly and offered an explanation or apology for the delays. This company went through a change of ownership shortly after we ordered our cabinets and until they get their internal problems resolved I would get ironclad delivery dates before doing business with them.
