★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible people to speak with. everything out of their mouths was to try and take more money out of my pocket. when i asked questions about central vac they gave me short answers and kept asking me "are you ready to buy?". when i asked about other stores and brands they kept saying theirs is the best and all others cant compare when there is a store down the street which sells better machines and is a much higher end name brand. in the end i went with Vaughan Vacuum and they were much more pleasant to deal with from explaining how it works and which one is best for my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in the market to shop around for central vacuum. I called this place in my area and a male that answered the phone was pretty rude outright. In response to my question about the pricing and the system which he recommends, he just brushed me off the phone by saying if I need it, then I need to come to his shop!? Really? Is that how you treat potential customers now?! I do not have time to run around from store to store and will never ever consider dealing with such a company that thinks it is ok to treat customers in such a manner. I called other places and everyone was nice and polite and more than happy to answer my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and got ripped off. Called for a service call. First you have to deal with a very rude old uncouth man. He's in my house and I'm thinking okay, what am I expecting a CEO to clear my central vacuum so I give him the benefit of doubt and allow him to go through my inlets to find the blockage. He's extremely rude and then I find out that the filter he said I needed to purchase and replace was a total lie. My filter is washable, you don't need to repurchase. $100.00 down the drain on top of his service call. I guess this is the way he pads the bill. So sorry I called this place. Cannot believe this guy is in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no issues with Woodbridge Vacuum. I had a unit in my house in Brampton and loved it, when I moved to Woodbridge the first thing I did before the moving truck showed up was purchase another one. He completed the install the same day. In addition he ran new piping into the garage. Everyone has to keep in mind that they are from an older generation the being friendly is not a top priority. They were always nice to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great family run business. I first discovered them years ago when I had problems with an existing central vac that was in my house and they repaired it for me a few times. I later purchased a new one from them n the time came. They are kind,and always serve you within and hour of calling. They are also resonantly priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paid a visit to them 17Aug'21 with my Dyson v11 just to hear 'only idiots buying Dyson' and they are not able to fix it.
was totally prepared to pay $300+ (its an expensive unit! after all).
20min later (drive to Dyson Canada Kennedy Rd @401 in Mississauga) got an estimate $80 for repair (waived because of 2years warranty. . no receipts, nothing. . just by serial number).
they better close the business as useless :) . . and . . buy Dyson

As a sales professional, I would never recommend that anybody deal with such dishonest individuals. There are so many honorable business people out there but individuals like these leave a bad taste in your mouth.
