★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists were reluctant to share any information regarding my surgery and only if I asked would they then tell me. Their attitudes towards me was sarcastic and snarky. Appointment times were changed and they told me last minute. If you can avoid going, don’t go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is very reluctant and unprofessional. Totally unexpected. I ordered a general check-up in early 2017, and during the appointment GP did not even review my profile and lab report before he told me that "You're ok". I then tried to review the lab report with the GP in mid 2017, over the phone the receptionist told me they never received one. What a waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional staff and fluent in English and Cantonese. Sometimes there is a long wait and sometimes short wait but there is always a wait. Plenty of free parking. No WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the phone displayed here connects only to the receptionist of "Dr Ng specialist", who is very rude and impatient. i thought this is an organized medical centre so there's one centralized receptionist to help direct me to be correct section. but seems they are just individual medical service providers somehow just operating in the same building.
