★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today is october 23/15 and i have encountered the worst receptionist/helper over the phone. rude, irresponive, unhelpful, a plain "no" when i requested for an appointment. the overall attitude in this office was a bit "weak", to say the least.

My dad went to her when he had been ill for a long time with 'flu like' symptoms. When she saw him, she said something along the lines of 'Nothing's wrong, there's nothing more I can do.'
His symptoms got worse as time passed so he kept going back to see her (2/3 times) and each time she brushed it off as if it was nothing.
This led to his HOSPITALIZATION for a VERY bad case of pneumonia that had gone untreated for several weeks. He had to stay there for 2 weeks in intensive care.
On top of everything, it put financial strain on our family because he had to take so much time off work for something that could have been treated earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been my family doctor for years. Yes she may come off as rude but when you come when it’s not during rush hours she’s very fun to talk to. I’ve tried different places in the past but she’s very good and quick with helping you find out what you need. Overall the best doctor I have had, just not a conversationalist and may come off as rude, she is very straight and direct to the point .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wong has been my family doctor for over 20 years now. Recently I got pregnant and needed a referral to an OB. They were non responsive at first and had a list we needed to do before accepting me as a patient. Dr. Wong went above and beyond and made sure they accepted me and see me. Throughout my pregnancy even though I was under the care of my OB, Dr. Wong also kept tabs on me to make sure my pregnancy was going very smooth and well. Even though she is very straight forward with her words, I think she goes straight to the point, no BS.
