★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. Do not use this travel agency. It was my first and last time I will ever use Wonderview.
Why would I choose a travel agent instead of just booking myself online? Because I was hoping an agent would be a travel expert and help make journey during COVID less stressful in case of any unexpected issues….WRONG
Obviously if everything goes well with a travel agency, there’s no issues. You book and just show up to your flight. But when any troubles arise, Wonderview suddenly becomes unprofessional, unreliable and not helpful whatsoever.
Instead of helping me and providing standard customer service, they dodge and shift the blame elsewhere. They bullied and even ridiculed me when I voiced dissatisfaction. I just wanted to travel back to my hometown and instead I feel completely hopeless thanks to these people.
Instead of taking the chance like I did, I suggest you just use another agency or even Expedia because even a computer is nicer than these people and the telecenter reps will always try their best to find a solution to help. you.
