About Women Rock Center

Hello! My name is Monika and I’m a professional fitness trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, owner of Women Rock Center and creator of the Belly Fat Blast programs. I was a CanFitPro trainer for 5 years and I’ve helped hundreds of people build their dream bodies. There’s a reason behind my success – I’ve been in the shoes of my clients.

I’m not naturally thin and weight has always been an issue for me. I was on and off diets my whole life. One day I woke up weighing 158 lbs with 38% body fat. That was the same day I started training and decided to never let myself get so fat again. Nowadays, I have 20% body fat and I weigh 127 lbs. This change made my life so much better and I decided to help other people feel the way I do – light, healthy and strong enough for any challenge!

That’s why I’ve created plans like the 12-Week Program. It can always fit in your schedule and guarantees fast and lasting results. My goal is not only to help you lose weight, but also teach you how to get stronger, healthier and firmer.

Another of my successful plans is the Belly Fat Blast Program. Specially designed to attack the belly fat, it makes your tummy firm and flat. The program has evolved with time, but even in its first version it was so effective I could hardly believe it! I realized the Belly Fat Blast Program could be the life-changer so many women were praying for! I worked even harder to maximize the result and now it’s 3 times as effective as traditional workouts! The “side effects” are also amazing – more energy, better strength, flexibility, even higher libido! And what I like about it the most is that anyone can reap benefits from this program – people that have never been in gym, those who regularly work out, but want better results; even people, who have reached a plateau.

To make it even more accessible, I’ve managed to make the session as effective as possible. That means you’ll only need to work out 3 times a week (instead of 5) for 45 minutes (rather than 60). It can be tough at times, but I guarantee you 4 things:

  1. You’ll sweat so much that you’ll create puddles.
  2. It will hurt at times.
  3. You will be working hard during every workout. No quitting is allowed.

Really recommending this for anyone that needs an extra boost to workout. Monica does a great job of providing 1 on 1 support in the group environment by aligning workouts and adjusting them according to your goals. My training goals were that I wanted to feel better about my body and gain weight/muscle. This is the first time I've had a real 'meal plan' and it's nice to have some accountability that promotes not just a diet, but a healthy diet. The trainers are really considerate and listen to what you have to say!

Highly recommend women rock star , it is an amazing place with great trainers who guide you in the workouts as well as meal plans. Here Monica and Noni are great trainers who guides you according to your needs. I was not assure in the starting if I will achieve my goal . But now I can feel the change in my strength and personality, I am really thankful to the rockstar team for investing their efforts in me and the most importantly which I never thought will be treated in the gym is my migraines, I have no migraines from last couple of weeks which I used to have after every 10 days. So I would say that if you want to sed any change in yourself just join it and make your life happy with the rockstar team

This gym is the perfect combination of workouts and meal preps! It offers high quality, diverse group classes focusing on the technique and tailored to what you want to focus on! The trainers Monika and Nonnie are enthusiastic and want to make sure you see progress! They are committed to ensuring you understand the excise and the technique. Everyone is super friendly and you truly feel welcomed at the gym. When you walk in the gym, there are two lovely ladies Khulud and Duaa who are always smiling and waiting to greet you as well they ensure you enjoy your class! I wasn’t confident in myself when I started, I lacked the skills and was unsure how the classes would work for me. I also suffered from migraines a lot! After going there for just a few months I’ve improved on my health, my migraines were gone and I feel more confident to be able to do the excises and feel strong about myself. I highly recommend anyone to go to Women Rock Centre, it’s a great gym with incredible trainers who are determined to help you reach your goal!

Monika is an amazing trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and her dedication to making sure you are doing the exercises properly and effectively is amazing. The vibe at the gym is totally different. I would highly recommend her and her whole team.

I recently joined the WRC. The ambience is amazing and the staff is very dedicated. Monica and Noni are incredible! I enjoy working out here and love the sessions. The trainers’ constant motivation and encouragement pushes me to heights I never thought possible. Monica’s leadership and sportsmanship is Top-notch. Awesome group fitness class! Monika and the team are very nice and very approachable. I was scared at first because I have no gym experience but I did it and no one judged me here. Women Rock Center has always been my go-to for reaching physical fitness goals. Coach Monica is very well versed in various aspects of fitness and takes a wholistic approach. MIND BODY SOUL - balance! Coach Monica is always positive and always trying to keep the group engaged with different, challenging workouts.
