★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has went downhill drastically in the last year. Staff are less knowledgeable and both employees and management have gotten really lazy. I was in store looking for parts and heard the girl at the counter put someone “on hold” over the phone because she was “busy” with another customer. There were no other customers and 5 min later when she was finished talking about her weekend she then picked up the call. The manager lets this happen. Roy, the employee that quit was the best. If you own your own business like I do, I highly recommend you get your stuff shipped in from Noble. If you are a DIY kind of person, go to home depot.
