★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Directed here from Kitchens & Baths, had a brief but informative conversation with Rob, who pleasantly answered my questions truthfully, not completely sure he could help all my concerns over the phone. Went to the business where I was quickly greeted by two employees, one being Rob, who I deferred to having already conversed with him about my problems. He quickly took care of both problems I was having, even asking a few more specific questions about one of the issues I was having , before "just selling me a part on a wink and a prayer " . This is the type of DIY service I appreciate .

Always helpful and efficient and had answers to my stupid questions. Shawn made it easy to get our plumbing supplies I hope this is not true.good luck replacing this guy we will be whatching might be shopping wrer8you end up good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in as a apprentice, leaving as a journeyman, The store Manager Shawn was amazing he explained the products I was using and what options I had. The level of customer service was nothing I've ever experienced, he could have turned away and simply say I just sell parts, like the other suppliers do. He asked me questions about what project I was working and gave advice and pointers, when I told him I didn't have many tools he was ready to rent me some tools so I would have a amazing results with my install. Wolseley has a amazing store Manager I had to share this. Just outstanding this is my go to plumbing and Hvac spot moving forward.
