★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes forever to get in and out of here. No wonder they can't compete with next or noble, and they have low stock on pex valves. I still don't get why i need to pick my own material takes forever if you don't know the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst to deal with, they never seem to answer the phone. Iven been trying to call them for 2 days straight. There is operating hours online
When they do answer ,they can never seem to know what your talking about, even with the simplest things.
Theres always a turn over of employees, everytime i walk in theres a set of new faces , and act very slow to getting material you need.
Dont go to this location. I would recommend the rexdale branch.

Lower price than US retailers. AND genuine OEM TOTO parts. Not Korky or JAG copy-stuff. Perfect fix. Thank you Patrick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst plumbing supplies store in GTA. The employees make mistake on your order and when you return the wrong product they charge you %15 RESTOCKING FEE!!!! Also, very RUDE manager (Bruce M), who never listens to you! I don't recommend this place.
