But numerous times I’ve looked online to see then loaded trailer. Get there to find out it’s closed.
Mentioned last summer it should be fixed online if not open. Grumpy lady growled something I didn’t understand.
This year so far same.
It’s b.s if you need trailer for Sunday or Monday morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this site many times, attendant that takes payments is always rude and unpleasant. Fees are overpriced compared to other waste disposal sites in the area and they do not accept cash. Please fix these issues.

"Lady" in the office is pretty snotty, Always has something negative to say. Ill drive 10 mins east to Belleville to a much nicer facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The heavy set blonde lady at the front today was over the top impatient and rude. I've never written a review , but she was having more than just a bad day. Eye rolling and condescending. Next level rude and I was simply dropping off three garbage bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blonde female operating the scale, is beyond rude! When speaking through the speaker she is rude and yells when asking questions. Then inside upon prepaying for my garbage bags, she speaks rude and rolls her eyes and takes tone with me.
I ended up asking for the number for customer service and she happily gave it to me.
Upon reading all these negative reviews, its no wonder she was happy. As nothing is obviously done as this had been going on for YEARS! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Please actually look into this situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can the people that run this city allow this to continue. There is going to be a lot more littering this year and more back road dumps. Who can afford to pay 50 dollars for plastic bin and 6 garbage bags. My kids and I pick up garbage laying on back roads and the lady at that scale house, who is aweful to deal with tells us 50 dollar miniuim price. Charging that much you would think the place would have to time take some training and maintenance. I would like to strees the lack of professionalism and outrageous behaviour by the person running the shed and business has nothing to do with the guys running the trucks. Those guys are top shelf. Just stay away from the Mafia Ran Scale House.
