Slow which is ok not in a rush rather the parts not be damaged. There priced ok. The men are very nice and helpful the woman who answers the call needs a career change customer service is not her strenghs. They lost my few hundred bucks id rather drive to saskatoon then have someone be that ignorant which sucks because the guy i started dealing with was very nice and helful. 1 star if she wasnt in the equation theyd easisly be a 5 star

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a headlight and radiator. Got the radiator with a hole in it and the headlight multiple cracks in the glass. Reached out to them, was told parts were checked before sending out and they were all good! Which is not the case since I found a picture she sent me of the headlight on the vehicle yet and it was already damaged. Refused to deal with me and will not refund me. Go get your parts somewhere else!! Terrible customer service. Also very high prices for used, damaged part

I checked a parts store for a price to compare price at Redwing. The woman gives me a price that is 80 % close to the price of new .I told her that she is very close to the price of new and all she would say is that's what my computer says . They have several cars that I would buy plenty of parts from but the are pricing them selves out of business. The woman is rude and could take a few lessons from her son who is very helpful. All I'm gonna say is a part sold at a decent price is gonna keep customers coming back .

Terrible service. Called to order a for part for a vehicle, happened to find the exact same part BRAND NEW for the SAME PRICE as they were selling a used one for.. called within ONE HOUR of originally ordering and they charged me a 30% restocking fee because apparently it took them a long time to find it. Never coming back. This was our first time as a business coming to this company and we will not be coming back.

I would give this place negative stars. I tried returning a fan I bought from here because my car mechanic said he didn't need it anymore. The women/ owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and didn't want to talk to me.We drove 1hr and 33min to buy the fan. If you're thinking of buying a part from here, don't do it! Save yourself some time and a headache. Terrible customer service! Never purchasing from here again.

Called in to order a part, discovered BEFORE I picked it up that a brand new one was only $10.00! I called back and said I did not need the part after all and they charged my card a 30% restocking fee! Basically saying it was not their problem. The lady we spoke to was incredibly unprofessional and rude. We are a business and I would NEVER speak to customers the way they did to us. I hadn't even picked up the part. We will never do business with them in the future and I would suggest no one else does either!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I usually don't put a lot of faith in most of these google reviews, but I know better now. DO NOT USE these people. They knowingly sold me a bad part, so when I went to get the exchange I was told I needed to return the old part. No where on the invoice does it state this nor did she tell me. I didn't have time to take it off anyway as I had left directly from work to get the part before the long weekend and I need the part on the truck in order to drive it. The woman got belligerent, and insulting when I argued with her, and literally told me it was not her problem I was out a hundred bucks, and 3/4 of a days wages combined plus gas. Her son was no better. They also accused me of being dishonest, telling me I am just trying to cheat them out of a part. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. So as it stands I am out 105 bucks for parts, 168 bucks in wages, and 80 bucks in fuel. I should have bought a brand new compressor for 500 bucks and saved myself all the hassle. A very hard lesson learned.
