I am now dealing with a lawsuit with them, because they decided to sue my company. 15 years in business and not a single lawsuit against my company.
RCI, you should win an award for the worst customer service and service.
Shame on you.

The worst services I have ever experienced. Spent endless amounts of my time trying to resolve problems with RCI ENVIRONNEMENT. I would give them a 0- if I could. I am paying triple what I paid last year and have the worst service possible. The garbage is overflowing because they never show. My manager in the apartment building has to call them 4 and 5 times to get them to come out. I asked for a credit and suddenly they can't find all the times they missed so they will call me back. Never get a call back until they call a month later to add on a unjustified fees.
They are the worst co. imaginable. I hope you will stop your business so I don’t have to do business with you.
Their customer service is useless and non existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably worst service! Sent an email to put service on hold, as per website "how to put service on hold" for seasonal businesses and was still charged for service, even though NO pick ups were done. Now the account has been suspended for non-payment and they won't pick up. Called several times over the last 2 weeks with NO RETURN CALL. At the point where we will have another company empty the container and send the bill to RCI.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
