BEWARE THEY CHARGE WAY TO MUCH AND LOOKS YOU IN A AUTO RENEW CONTRACT OF 2 YEARS! EVEN IF YOU CANCEL IT THE RIGHT WAY WITH REGISTERED LETTER AND EMAILS AND CONFIRMATIONS # THEY WILL SEND YOU A FAKE BILL OF LIKE $5877.74 FOR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS CHANGE SALES REPS AND NO BODY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEN THEY SEND 3 COLLECTION COMPANY AFTER YOU! EVEN DO I SEND PROOF TO EVERY COLLECTION COMPANY THE REGISTERED LETTERS, LETTERS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INFO CLEARING ME FROM THE FAKE INVOICE $5877.74 THEY JUST WANT TO COLLECT ANY $ AMOUNT BEWARE!!!!

I wish I could give 0. I rather hang myself than continue doing business with waste management. After sending them letters and email to cancel services they say they didn't get them or you had to send a registered letter. Even when you follow their rules to get out of a contract they change them or say you didn't meet the criteria. They have unethical and unprofessional business practices.

$50 minimum charge <- The transfer station in Oshawa charges a $20 minimum charge which is reasonable in my opinion. $50 minimum charge is nothing but a money grab. I will never come back here again, not giving them a single $1. Note: The lady who is working in the scale house today was super nice! She gets a 5 star rating for customer service! β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† Overall I am giving this location a 1 star rating simply because the minimum charge is a total rip off. Thanks but no thanks.

Waste Management is a giant corporation preying on the "little guy". Our company had a contract for 4 years that we could not get out of. The fees they charged changed every month to the point the service became un-affordable. When I asked for their help to save me money the only option was ANOTHER contract. I asked them to remove the bin and I would pay out the remainder of my contract. They refused. The customer service rep told me that they would "charge" OUR COMPANY (with some kind of legal fine) if I wanted the bins gone sooner. We are stuck with them for another 3 months. If 0 stars were an option that's what they would get.

Most horrible company to deal with. They will charge for everything small and big and extra. (for example if driver is not able to pick the bin for any reason, it's a full charge pickup ) .The costs increase 25% after one year without any justification. The extra charges are burried in "additional charges are payable" on the contract so they keep charging as they wish. Drivers do not wait even a minute to have access. I was able to cancel my services after my contract finished but I was even charged to have the bin removed ($150 fee) when there was no charge to bring in the bin when the service started. Their fuel surcharge calculations keep changing as they feel. The customer service is horrible. The account representative keeps changing quite often and they blame everything on the "additional charges" are ok as per contract. I will recommend stay away from this company if you want to save money and avoid dealing with non existant customer service. Thankfully I was able to get rid of my services with them. Could not be SO SO SO relieved

I have been using your services for over 7 YEARS and I have a bill for $85 for a last month bill (even though I paid last month of service already). Service charges occur before the service is provided. I had already paid for a pick up that did not occur. This is a second LAST month charge. AND a bill for $229.12 to CANCEL services. If this is not a crime I am going to make sure as many people know about this as possible through social media. After many calls and conversations with various customer service agents and social media copied to company, they cancelled all these crazy charges.

This company is a complete SCAM! I’ve had a dumpster for my business for over 20 years with them and the constantly auto renew the contact and raise the prices. It honestly triples over the 3 year contract. If you google this company they have tons of complaints about this exact issue. More than 600 complaints to the better business bureau alone! I email my rep and she just never gets back to me. I can’t get out of the contract without paying a huge penalty. I will definitely tell all my fellow business owners about their shady business practices. Total price gougers that take advantage of small business owners! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, do your our research it will speak for itself.

Not very organized. If you are going here for the first time you may have difficulty finding your way around, and sometimes you have to offload your garbage in a bin, rather than dumping it on the floor. If you can go Ingram or gfl (by Ingram), you may have a more pleasent experience
