★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE !!!! I was at this dump today and to dispose of 200 sq ft of Laminate flooring(approximately 300lbs)the thief at the scales charged me $40.00 cash or $55.00 if I wanted a receipt !!!!
When I contacted her asking for the owners name she offered me a full refund if I were to come back to this location and pick up the material I just dumped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can be very quick to get in and out of there at times. Price is ok lots of storage space if you need a place to park/ store trucks or trailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take any kind of garbage. Tip: If you are not bringing a lot of garbage bring cash! I am not sure about the complains I see here. Works much better than the one from the city for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavement covered in debris. Weighscale was way off. I was charged $65 for a load that would have been under $20 at a city transfer station. Was told it was $85 a ton on the phone and after I dumped they told me about a minimum charge. Will NEVER return

Double the price of most other dumps in the region. These guys want $85 ton vs $45 ton at the average facility.
The only reason they get 3 stars and not 1 is because they have longer hours and the location is easy to get to and they are honest.
Watch out for some dumps that don't use fair scales and will rip you off such as Horizon on shorncliff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty place with dirty feeling all around. Yes it is a waste depot but waste depots are run by people. Some care, some don't. While on the scale there was no attendant so we needed to ask around to get one. It's not even clear how they used the scales to measure our weight because our car was not standing still. Once we were done the attendant was there and payment process was fast.
