★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this gym! Everyone is super warm and welcoming and I felt instantly comfortable in the space and had a lot of fun challenging myself during class. Can't wait to go back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy that I found this gym! Shelby and Jenn are both very warm and fun. This is the most welcoming fitness space I've been in for sure!
I have been regularly attending Shelby's HIIT class and I would recommend it to anyone regardless of experience level :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The magicians that work at this gym banished my lifelong fear/hatred of aerobics - I now enthusiastically attend group cardio classes at Witness the Fitness. I have also had one-on-one fitness with them and I loved their Weightlifting class so much that I took it twice. I now confidently lift weights at a community centre 2-3 times a week like a badass. This place and the wonderful humans there have changed my life. Thanks, pals!
