I have seen both sel and Mel and they are incredibly knowledgeable in a wide range of techniques in physio and chiro. They are super friendly and make the visit very enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing new clinic in Chinatown. I have seen Melissa for years and she is the most knowledgeable clinician I have worked with. She is a wizard! I recently saw Selenia to assist with what I thought was a neck issue, but she knew immediately it was my rib, and she was able to cure my pain in one day. She took the time to go over all the different treatment techniques she would use, which was very appreciated. She was very professional and it is also a very nice, clean relaxed environment. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melissa is the best healthcare professional I’ve been to, and I’ve seen a lot - chiros, physios, osteopaths.. etc. She is incredibly knowledgable and takes a wide view of specific issues identifying underlying causes and providing specific exercises + context as to what’s going on and how to fix it. I’ve benefitted from a huge amount of success and progress in a short time while seeing Melissa after seeing many other professionals over 3/4 years and would highly recommend her to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic between May and Sept 2020 for a shoulder/back issue. Amar did a fantastic job creating a layered recovery program based on my then exercise routine habits. Multiple sessions with noticeable improvements. Facility is clean, staff is friendly, an overall great experience. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Workshop clinic is a phenomenal clinic, I have had an exceptional experience with every practitioner I have seen. Amar is the best physiotherapist I've ever had, always working through your rehab, with great attention to detail and always ensuring you leave in comfort. Erin & Max are great active physio/kinesiologists - highly recommend the 1 on 1 training sessions for either active rehab or personal improvement. Caitlin is one of the most detail-oriented and knowledgable RMT's I've ever had, exceptional massages and thorough treatments. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks for the fantastic care everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been dealing with knee issues for the past 7 years and been to countless Physio places, but haven’t found the right one till now! I work in the general area and I randomly bumped into this hidden gem 2 years ago and haven’t left since!
The atmosphere’s amazing, the staffs are amazing and the treatment; by far the best I ever had in a long time! I personally see Zach ( RMT) and Selenia (Physio). If they’re not available I highly recommend you see the other practitioners! Highly trained Indiviuals! Glad I found theses guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into The Workshop in incredible pain, barely walking upright. I was assessed by Joel, physiotherapist, and he immediately came up with a recovery plan. Joel was patient and sympathetic, always making sure I left each session with a positive attitude, even on the really hard days. By following Joel's direct and simple instructions and exercises, I am pain free, feeling great. To add to The Workshop's deserving 5 stars, the atmosphere is inviting, the space is clean, and the rest of the staff are helpful and friendly (especially Rachel). Highly recommend.
