H	Hans H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awful experience with the front desk guy (October 31 @ about 1:45am) - went to checkout and asked for my new card, as I paid for a renewal when I checked in, buddy told me my membership hadn’t expired and I didn’t need a new … yet when I check my bill I was charged for a new membership As I was here last weekend, im sure I had a membership that was still active and he charged me a renewal when it wasnt required.. i called back to ask and he so rude and condescending and said I was drunk — well im writing this as i walk back to the hotel. So now hes either going to back and void the renewal and pocket the money or is it standard to be charged a monthly membership every week? I also asked about purchasing a 6 month membership and was told that wasn’t an option although clearly it $20 as posted

Always friendly, helpful and know how to make someone feel welcome. They usually are there overnight so I recommend to go late at night instead of mornings.

With that the same in return. Steamworks management has chosen staff to more than adequately work together to make this business function in its entirety. Over these years have come and gone many changes to management, staff and certain areas of the club. Some good, some excellent, some really well needed, yet remarkably, the best thing of all, for those who go there and or wanting to, thru out this worlds epic and life's changes, they have kept the doors open, though closed for a brief time, so that we all still have a safe place to unwind and do those things we like to do. Thanks to all the staff team who have done their part to keep it open, keep it clean, and maintaining a safe environment for members and non members alike. I know Im grateful to be able to visit this club and do hope everyone else who cares to do so, does too. A huge "F@#$ ya"!!! to those who make this possible. ( f ya in a positive term). Walk thru the door of life grateful for everything provided ,because we dont know if it will be there open for us tomorrow. Enjoy it humbly. Sebastian Starr
