The staff are all very knowledgeable and happy to help during your workouts, plus can offer personal training and nutrition services. Recently added classes in an expanded class area, and the instructors are excellent. Highly recommended!

The class sizes are small, non-intimidating but quite challenging, everyone I've met has been friendly, and the facility is clean. They provide all the equipment and mats here at no extra cost. I've seen other gyms that don't provide mats at all so everyone just sits and stretches on the dirty floor and it grosses me out. I've attended Kettlebell Sculpt, Triple C, and HIIT classes so far, and they are all fantastic! I walk away feeling sore in a good way, and I feel stronger and notice my body looking a bit more toned. I'm looking forward to my next class!

I have some back issues and when is needed he always adapt the exercise for me and is very supportive. The classes are small and great! I see very good results going just once a week! :)

The instructors, the classes and the facility, it has everything you could possibly need. I frequently attend the HIIT and kettle bell classes and the instructors are always so friendly and engage with you to ensure you are performing the movements perfectly. Recently, they have adapted their group classes by providing virtual workout sessions and it has been really great. It is nice having some accountability as I am more motivated to workout in a group setting. I am very grateful that I can have a really intense workout in my apartment courtesy of Function Health Club. Thanks for keeping me active.

I liked the fact that they teach you first individually before joining the group clases, so you are self-aware of your limitations and can progress at your own pace minimizing risk of injury. The group energy at the evening classes is so positive and encourages you to keep practicing. Thank you to the team!
