E	Edward N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible vendor. Bought a $100 mother's day gift card from Winners and Buyatab is their third party service provider for online gift cards. Mom tried to use it and says $0 balance. Called buyatab and said there's a barcode issue will send me an email with a new giftcard. After waiting an hour it never comes. I have to call back yet again and now the story is that that it was redeemed and that I need to contact Winners directly to deal with it. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never buy a gift card ever again if Buyatab is the third party vendor behind the place.

Thanks for my 0.00 dollar gift card, taking my money, and giving me a headache. If you are a company and want these peeps to handle your e-cards you may want to think twice as it may affect your bottom line. Obviously the reviews and one star do not matter to them...

Pretty disappointing on Christmas morning when it didn't arrive in her email. They should be ashamed as a so called canadian company for having such low standards and morals.
d	dianne speake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several of my orders for gift cards for a major cruise company were cancelled because of Buyatab's convuluted approval system. Getting the cancellations corrected took six days of multiple emails and telephone calls and all but one order were finally resolved after hours of frustration dealing with this company. We requested to speak to a supervisor multiple times with no response. The approval process is extremely complicated and customer service is poor.

I paid $1,000 for a gift card to a high-end hotel, and then couldn't access that gift card - only after hours spent making phone calls that never connected, waiting on hold, requests for call backs that never came, emails about the issue that were never answered. An e-gift card should be the easiest thing in the world and this was a nightmare. Companies should stop partnering with this vendor - it's a bad look and ruins the whole customer experience.

And their customer service is nonexistent. If you're a company looking into a way to let your customers purchase gift cards online, this is perhaps the worst choice you could make.

Checked the balance for the gift card on the Home Sense website, which to my surprise revealed $0. Impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone from Buyatab to get this resolved. Reading others' Google reviews, seems like many others have experienced the same situation - retailers should stop using this company as their gift card vendor... some shady stuff seems to be going on...
