★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fixed my iPhone X Lcd from wireless world and after 3-4 days screen is automatically typing .
So, I called them and they told me you can bring if there is not physical damaged we will replace.
I went to store after few days and they replaced my lcd without any question asked.
I am always going there for my any Electonics problem because they give us proper customer service and advice.
If I can put 10 star I will but Google is not allowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this place for repair. I got my screen fixed here a couple of months ago but it broke again but because I know they do a great job with quick service . So, I came back here. The prices are also reasonable and fair price. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I was really upset and thought I'd have to throw it away and spend the $$$ to buy a new one. But I found out about Wireless World from my network of friends and stopped by their shop where I met with Hammad.
Hammad was so courteous and friendly, I honestly was quite surprised! He straightaway offered to take a look at my phone, no questions asked. Nothing about charging a check-up fee or anything of that sort. He right-away suggested what he suspected was the problem and offered to fix it. I told him due to work I'm a little time strapped. He honestly took this to heart and was just super awesome to deal with! Hammad got my phone fixed in no-time and not only took care of the problem, but he cleaned up the phone afterwards and it looks like brand new!
He gave me a crazy deal on some legit Apple accessories for my iPhone which I purchased right away as there was just no way I could refuse such an offer.
All in all, I am super happy with meeting Hammad. He's a friend now! I've called him a few times afterwards regarding my TV and other smaller issues and he's always been very kind over the phone and a real humble person to deal with. He answers questions even if its related to products he doesn't sell like these specific speakers I have for my home theater setup.
Its sad that these days we dont get this level of customer service anywhere. This should be a benchmark for other retailers to follow.
I honestly will visit Wireless World for all my electronics purchases from now on! Thank you Hammad for your stellar service and keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to deal with Hammad from Wireless World and if it wasn’t for his knowledge in phones and phone plans I’d be dishing out more money than I actually did.
I went into Wireless world looking for a plan with a specific phone company and after being informed of the significance of a different companies phone tower availability and with a phone plan the same price as the initial plan I was inquiring about it was a no brainer. He got us unlocked with our current phone company and it was just a great experience overall. I recommend anyone with any type of knowledge from none to extensive to shop here for all your phone needs. While waiting for my phone and phone plan I had to be excused by other customers needing repairs or just had questions.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable 1st class service.
Thanks again Hammad! I’ll never go anywhere else with phone problems or concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not visit the store personally but I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about replacing the battery on my Google Pixel. He gave me a very honesty answer and told me about the risks of going ahead with this repair. He was very polite and took his time to answer my questions.
I called 6 other shops before calling Wireless World and none of them gave me a warning or heads up. Will definitely come here if I ever need a major repair done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these thieves at all cost. They sell you defective items and have no return or exchange policy. Your money will just go down the drain. Person at the counter lacks any customer service skills. Unfortunately i bought a phone from this location and i tend to feel like they have hacked my phone ever so often my phone starts to go to different screens without me touching it. Save yourself the hassle and dont buy anything from here.
