Say it's okay we don't need to do anything. (Also takes a phone call while in the RX room with me and sends me out not knowing the next step on what to do. Receptionist want even sure what was going on). The same dr. Sent me to see 2 specialty for my hand. Both spots were with the same specialist. I do not recommend wasting your time. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES HEALTH.

N	Nesha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here since they opened, so far my experience with the doctors have been fantastic BUT it’s the front staff that have been non stop problems with. They constantly seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. As someone who’s been working in the field for 4 years, they are extremely unprofessional and don’t do there job well when it comes to booking appointments, talking to patients in person and on the phone. It’s extremely annoying and stressful.
M	Marco Eugenio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sadiq is one of the most frustrating doctors to deal with. I was a patient with Dr. Yip my entire life. He was fantastic. Very considerate of his patient’s time, was outgoing and friendly. Once he retired and Dr. Sadiq took over, I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve waited in both the Terra Losa clinic, as well as the Winterburn clinic for nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time. He also failed to fully complete a driver’s medical form, so I had to wait at the registry office until the office finally faxed over a completed form. This entire process took well over 2 hours, when it should have taken no more than an hour to complete. I am extremely irritated and frustrated, and have already begun the process of looking for a competent doctor.

The pharmacy is attached and very easy to get what the doctor prescribes. The place is clean, friendly and has good energy and is very convenient as its very close to west.
