★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted a few companies for quotes before deciding on Mike and his team to complete our final grade in Leduc. The price point was reasonable (compared to some astronomical quotes we received) and broke down everything their work would include with subsequent cost. Despite having several setbacks due to delays with our builder, when the time came, his team arrived within a few days of our lot being ready.
The 2 guys who came out were absolutely amazing, explaining the process and completing the work within the timeframe discussed. The attention to detail was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure that we would pass our final grade inspection by the city.
I would absolutely recommend Brightview Landscapes to anyone requiring grading or landscaping.

From my first connection with them to final approval, I felt taken care of and valued as a client. Their staff are knowledgeable and provide good value for their work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Brightview and would 100% use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of accountability towards time and communication. Really unfortunate cause we enjoy our front yard. Job started end of June and finished end of September. Would go weeks without hearing from the company.
Mistakes were made during the build of our retaining wall. Didn't follow the specified size and quality was poor. Rocks and mulch were overordered.
Left the project over a month without checking in - leaving supplies and the job unfinished. Did not take ownership afterwards and pawned off that responsibility on us.
They weren't malicious, but the company needs to get themselves better organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with them! Wouldn’t show up when expected and wouldn’t communicate change of plans. He did our landscaping which wasn’t a bad job but it was hell chasing after him to get it done. He also did our fencing and our deck which he didn’t do to code! We had an inspector come out and look at the deck because we had some major concerns that Mike wouldn’t address and we found out that it was structurally unsafe and could rip away from the house because he didn’t mount it correctly to the house (just with screws not mounting plates) We paid extra for him to cement in the pillars which he did not do… he didn’t follow code with where the support beams are, also the stairs weren’t to code and he mounted it to the fence which is illegal. I have text messages and voice recordings where he admitted he knew it wasn’t to code but thought it didn’t matter because it wasn’t a massive deck. (It is 12f wide and 10f H) so still big enough. he also damaged my siding when installing the deck (the deck had to be completely removed because it was that unsafe) and didn’t even tell me until I called him 6 hours later when I saw it freaking out, he said he knew about it and was going to let me know when completed ? once again HUGE lack of Communication
AVOID this company if you don’t want to waste your money and time getting things redone and worrying how safe it is!! Also what corners he will cut (which he admitted he does to safe money)

We love the stone and our new driveway even more than we had anticipated. Bon-Alec was an amazing project manager, very thorough, patient, and honest during the consultation process and throughout the entire construction project. Luddy, Benjie & Wilbert are the amazing men and team who did the hard work, fast, strong, respectful workers, paying attention to detail determined to bring our vision to life’ and they succeeded in doing so and surpassed it!! Thx guys for doing an amazing job and for your very friendly, approachable nature. Thx Bon, the foreman on the job, for checking in with us on key questions as the work evolved. Thx Bon for being readily available to respond to questions both from us and from the team to make sure the project went according to plan, making adjustments as needed for the best result ???????? Happy customers, (and even our boyz Zac & Noah love it so much!! Thank you)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Brightview last year after a friend had recommended them to complete a total backyard overhaul including a large composite deck, fence and stone patio. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to come out to quote on the job and Hal even provided a quote on the spot. He agreed to start and end the project on my time line which was amazing and his crew met those dates. I am in the construction industry, and can tell you this crew is diligent, capable and conscientious. They often stopped the project to get my opinion before plowing ahead which really impressed me. I was blown away that they were able to procure materials almost overnight so there were no delays in the project and they had their own waste bins and trucks so debris was seamlessly removed. My friends and family are blown away by my backyard. I would definitely hire them again for future projects. Thank you Brightview

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin? I have done my entire backyard (interlocking and grass) and porch with Mike and his team and couldn’t be happier with the result. Dealing with contractors can be stressful however Brightview Landscaping made the entire process pleasant! He is friendly, reliable, professional and most importantly delivered amazing results! He is very reasonably priced and attentive to the customer’s needs. I highly recommend them!
