★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winnie looked a bit worse for wear, could have used a fresh coat of paint. There were some nice interpretive signage to teach Winnie's genesis and black bears in general. It's a nice little parkette for stretching your legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice quick stop between Lake Superior PP and Pukaskawa NP. There’s the Winnie the Pooh statue and a small playground. A gas station and fast food are a few meters away.

Covered and open space picnic tables. Water tap and washrooms. Lots of parking.

If your traveling with children or your just a child at heart...stop here
It was the perfect place to rest after a long drive with the kids.
The park is just right for smaller children . There are restaurants nearby and gas if needed .
Great place for a quick family photo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learned about this place while planning my road trip. We stayed in White Lakes overnight and made sure to stop by before leaving.
Enjoyed learning about the true story of Winnie the Pooh! As we were approaching the monument we saw a bear.
There is also a rest stop area behind the monument.
