Picking this restaurant was a bit random as we had to get off the highway and pick something in a town without many options.
Service was polite and friendly here. Order was fulfilled as ordered.
Note: A&W in Canada is different than A&W in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Opa combo. My fiance ordered a small fry and daughter ordered a drink and poutine. Receiveced my order and i didnt get any fries or drink. The male cashier said i didnt order that. When he said is that allI when i paid, said yes. I Told him doesnt a combo come with that? He said i didn't order that. My daughter heard me say combo.He didnt apologize or try to make any effort to help me out but expected me to just order the drink and fries. Sorry, he was just rude and didnt care to help me out. We just got our food and left with disappointment. Prior to that a customer before me came back and said he didnt receive gis buddy burger. The same cashier said you didnt order that, want to see the receipt? Printed out the receipt and told the customer you didnt. They during the order they talked about the buddy burger and the customer thought he added it to his order. Same rudness received that i received from him. No atrempt to help or make us feel good. Customer ended up ordering his buddy burger and left in disappointment as well. If i wasnt hungryi would have just not bothered with A&W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was really nice, even when I forgot my wallet in the car, she was patient and kind while I ran out to get it. The teen burger was really good, just messy. A good burger is though, right? The onion rings were good, but a bit bland. Not a fan of the fries, they were over cooked and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for lunch haven’t eaten here in a few years but what a difference from last time. Such a pleasant surprise!!! Service was amazing and the food was so good! The onions rings actually had batter on them and were not just onions! The place is very clean! We have eaten in many A&Ws over the years and this one by far is the best!! We definitely will be back!
