★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasted ok, service was ok, but the sub artist was very sloppy, didn't put much care into making the sub. Sub was a mess. Still ate it but wasn't impressed with its delivery. Definitely had better sub artists.

We got there at 9 50 PM and they closed at 10 PM, we went in and the guy was like "oh yeah come in no problem at all" and joked with us while we were getting our sandwiches. Only reason for the 4 stars is because I can't justify giving a subway 5 stars lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last visit brought my rating down from possible 4 to 2 stars due to incompetency of one of the staff. She kept overcharging and after I corrected her she then asked ME how much it costs. The coffee was also nothing but dirty water. Otherwise had good service there before...... Management doesn't seem to care how to train???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat lunch at this location regularly. They're the best option for healthy food in this plaza, in my opinion. Their staff are typically friendly and they don't skimp on super-cheap things like lettuce like some Subway locations do. They're a little hard on the upsells but I can get over that :)
10/10 definitely recommend.

Not just me, 2 other customers walked out of the place without buying the food we waited for.
Note to management: please hire staff with minimal customer service experience, not someone with anger issues.
I wish the staff had a name tag! Coz he wouldn't tell his name.

Staff are always miserable and give a ton of attitude. There's a reason it's always dead now. Previous manager was 100x better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered subs and used a coupon for one of them but the cashier forgot to apply the discount. I paid and did not notice until I left. Contacted Subway and they said well just use a coupon next visit and they are not going to refund me the difference. But I don't have the coupon any more they have my coupon. At least the subs were decent. Bad customer service.
